Condition of Pre-Loved Items: As we sell second-hand goods, please be aware that items will naturally show some signs of prior wear. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item and to highlight any significant defects (such as marks, tears, or broken fastenings) in the product description and photographs. The legal standard of "satisfactory quality" will be assessed in the context of the item being pre-loved and priced accordingly.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS: We are committed to upholding your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. This section outlines your key rights and our returns process. Please also read our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) For most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a refund. This is known as the "cooling-off period". You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Your Rights for Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

  • Within 30 days: If your goods are faulty, you can get an immediate refund.

  • After 30 days: If a fault is found within six months of purchase, you have the right to a repair or replacement. As our products are unique second-hand items, a like-for-like replacement is not possible, and a repair is often not feasible. In these circumstances, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund.

  • Please return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in the condition they were sold, with our label still attached.

  • Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

PRICES AND BILLING: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include shipping and handling charges, which will be added to your order total. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: All orders are for delivery within the United Kingdom only, and limited to RH12 and RH13 postcodes. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Our Service and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Re:Kit Horsham CIC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
