Our Commitment to Quality: The Re:Kit Standard

The best way to be more sustainable with clothes is to keep them in use for as long as possible. Our goal is to save every quality, wearable item from being discarded and going to waste.

That's why every single item we receive is carefully inspected, steam-refreshed, and given a clear and honest condition grade. This ensures you know exactly what you're buying and can choose the perfect item for your needs and budget.

Our Pre-loved Condition Grades

Here is a simple guide to our four grades. We use representative photos on product pages to show you what you can expect from each condition.

Brand New/Like New:  Unworn, in perfect condition. May include original tags.

Very Good: Minimal signs of wear. No visible stains or defects.

Good: Fully functional with some visible signs of wear, such as light fading, small marks, or minor bobbling.

Spare: Well-loved with noticeable signs of wear, like visible fading and/or marks. Still perfectly wearable and functional – a great value option for a backup or spare! 

By being transparent about our grading, we hope to make shopping for pre-loved kit easier, and stress-free.
