Delivery Area & Charges

Re:Kit provides free delivery on all orders over £15. For orders under £15, there is a £2.25 flat rate delivery charge.

Please note: We only deliver to RH12 and RH13 postcodes in the Horsham District, West Sussex.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within one to two business days. We run local deliveries twice per week on specified nominated days and your order is expected to arrive with you within two to four business days from placing your order.

Orders placed before 8pm will be dispatched for the next available delivery day. Please note orders are not processed or sent out on weekends and bank holidays.

Non-Delivery

In the unlikely event that an order does not reach you within 14 days of confirmation, please contact our customer services team at hello@rekit.uk, and we’ll aim to resolve the issue promptly.


Returns & Refunds:

We hope that you will be happy with your Re:Kit purchase. However, if an item doesn’t fit or is not as you expected, you have 30 days from the day after delivery to request a return and receive a full refund.

How to Make a Return

As we are a dedicated local service, we make returns simple and free.

  1. Please email us at hello@rekit.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return an item.
  2. We will arrange to collect the item from your address on one of our scheduled delivery days.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with our label still attached.

Faulty Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Please contact us immediately at hello@rekit.uk if you believe an item is faulty, and we will arrange a collection and resolve the issue for you.

Refund Processing

Once we have collected and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of collection.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
